Allotment letters to Tata Housing's Shubh Griha project at Vashind, Mumbai have just been mailed. Customers should note that the mailings will also include the final payment schedule as well as a demand notice for the initial amount required.

Thanks for the mail. But we dont assist in selling properties - only financing buyers who are excluded from mainstream banks and HFCs. If your buyer, when identified, needs financing - they can contact us and we can try and support, a the project itself has been approved by MHFC.
