We have just approved a new project in Pune (in Urli Kanchan) - Dreams Nivara - for more detail (incl site map, floor plans, amenities, etc), please see the company's website http://dreamsnivara.com/ but as summary info, the pricing for Phase 1 and Phase 2 is as follows:

PHASE 1:

PHASE 2:

The total number of flats in Phase 1 is about 825 and in Phase 2 approx 380 (but this is likely to be increased soon). Phase 1 is mostly sold out and Phase 2 is in the process of being sold right now.

Given the pricing, this is a project that families (earning in the 8,000 to 15,000 per month range) could be interested. MHFC will of course support applicants who believe they can service a loan satisfactorily but are being excluded by mainstream banks / HFCs.
